Transformational Coach & Mindfulness Teacher

Trained in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), she draws on over a decade in communications, project management and healthcare – and her own experience with anxiety and burnout – to make mindfulness practical, accessible, and grounded in real life.


Through structured group courses, both online and in person, she supports anyone looking to settle a busy mind, respond to life’s pressures with more steadiness, and feel more like themselves again.


Karin is currently also working towards a Diploma in Transformative Coaching and will be welcoming new 1:1 clients from September. In her coaching practice she has a particular interest in helping high-achieving women move from feeling overwhelmed to thriving.
