asmine has been working in the wellness space since 2020, guiding individuals on their journey toward balance, clarity, and self-empowerment. Her professional path began with training as a Transformational Life Coach, supporting both private and professional clients through 1:1 coaching. Her passion for helping others uncover their inner strength led her to deepen her practice with a Level 1 certification in Reiki, adding an energetic healing dimension to her work.
After experiencing firsthand the profound impact of conscious breathing, Jasmine immersed herself in Breathwork and Meditation, training under renowned teacher Michael James Wong of Just Breathe. She believes that our breath is one of the most powerful tools we have, it can be used to welcome calm and bring balance, focus, and clarity to the mind. For Breathwork and Meditation, you can work with Jasmine either 1:1 or in one of her group sessions, each designed to create a grounded and supportive space for deep inner work.
Jasmine now brings all elements of her training together in a holistic, intuitive approach. She also holds women’s circles that combine life coaching, energy healing, mindfulness, and breathwork, creating safe, nurturing spaces for connection, healing, and personal transformation.
