This creative, playful and body-aware yoga class invites you to move with your body, not against it. Each week you’ll explore functional movement, flowing sequences and moments of stillness, all guided by breath and nervous system awareness. Esther’s approach is rooted in curiosity and compassion, creating space to explore, adapt and honour what your body needs on the day. Expect a thoughtful blend of strength, mobility and relaxation, with plenty of options offered so you can move in a way that feels safe, supportive and empowering. You’ll leave feeling more connected, energised and grounded, with practical tools you can take off the mat and into everyday life. Suitable for all levels.
