Service Description

A space where everyone is truly welcome 🤍 Whether you’re completely new to Pilates or have been practising for years, this class meets you exactly where you are. Sara guides you with clear options and gentle progressions, so you can move with confidence and always choose what feels right for your body on the day. The class focuses on functional, everyday movement and is mainly mat based, so you’ll need to be comfortable getting up and down from the floor. Expect thoughtful use of small equipment — weights, resistance bands and soft balls — to keep things supportive, varied and engaging. No two classes are ever the same. Each session offers something a little different, helping you build strength, mobility and body awareness while keeping movement fresh and enjoyable. This is Pilates that feels accessible, inclusive and kind — a chance to move, breathe and feel good in your body.
